Paul Elcoat
With a degree in Education and masters level qualifications in Operational Management and Business Administration, Paul can very quickly identify opportunities for improvement.

The founder of P. W. Elcoat & Associates Ltd, Paul is a skilled manager and company director with experience in the educational, service provision, manufacturing and retail sectors. He has a particular interest in the strategic relationship between business functions and how all disciplines underpin and enhance the sales process. He has been involved in many business / company rationalisation programmes and has a record of being able to ‘see the path’ in a company which has found itself in a rut.

“An objective analysis of operational procedures, supporting functions and the risks and liabilities involved in the undertakings of a company will highlight areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement. The net result is reduced operational cost, greater client confidence, better quality business and so increased sales and greater profit margins.”

Raj Bhardwaj
A young, energetic, uncommonly enthusiastic workaholic who has developed a highly successful approach to getting professional results in a hurry; whilst having fun.

Experience in 9 packaging plants; most of these years were spent in senior sales and operational management roles. This experience is underpinned by a sound education - with a 1st class degree in Marketing with Systems Analysis, as well as a Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Management.

Robert Herridge
Robert is a Packaging professional with almost 20 years experience with packaging suppliers and brand owners on a blue chip global scale. With a Masters in Packaging Technology, Robert has the theoretical experience to match the practical skills.

Robert most recently headed up a Global Packaging Development function for Bacardi-Martini and also has extensive international experience in the Cosmetics market.

Such a broad base of packaging experience allows him to offer expertise in all substrates - paper, board, metal, glass and plastics.

Robert's favourite saying is ‘if at first you don't succeed, try doing it the way you were told!’

Ray Hobby
Ray seriously believes that we don’t give enough constructive thought to ‘our lot’, but ‘serious’ does not have to mean ‘heavy’ or ‘depressive’. His over-riding intention is to encourage his clients to think, but to have fun as well. Now heading toward retirement Ray can look back on a very successful career in engineering, education and management consultancy. If he had to indicate just one asset of the effective organisation it would be that those who find fun at work really do become a truly effective workforce.

He is founding chair of the Enterprise Initiative, a voluntary group supporting entrepreneurial and enterprising talent from secondary school leavers age upwards; he is also founding director of the Directors Forum, a group which gives peer to peer networking events for business leaders to share their experiences and the responsibility of leadership.
