The Company Health Check

We will, without judgement, subject your company or business to our comprehensive check list with the aim of exposing areas of liability and opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.

This will at least give the board an action plan for attention but may also suggest areas where you could delegate some of your workload to us.

Remote Management of your 'Assurance' Activities

Assurance is about being able to demonstrate that 'suitable and sufficient' arrangements have been made to identify and control the hazards present in your undertakings. Many smaller operations cannot justify a full time appointment to fulfil this role so we offer to join you as a 'contract colleague' to implement systems and to help your existing team to keep an eye on an agreed list of tasks on a part time 'per diem' basis. Experience significantly reduced levels of liability at a fraction of the cost of employing a full time manager.

Remote Management of your Sales Team

We have identified that although a business may have sales people operating at some level of success, many business's can not call the function 'a team' as often there is no co-ordinated approach to the sales process or the territory management. We can provide remote sales team management to ensure congruence between the marketing plan and the sales activity, set and monitor targets, ensure a team approach and assess the efficiency of the territory management.
